Return Policy
New items that are unopened can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The
AFC Bookstore will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error. Your refund will be processed on the same credit card with which you
purchased the item. Please retain all copies of
your shipping receipt. This would include tracking numbers for proof of return
delivery. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Please know
that when exchanging an item for another, you will see a credit to your
original pay method, and then a charge for the cost of the exchange
item plus shipping and handling for the new order. In order to process a return from your
credit card, you will need to call us at 866-984-3545 to process your request
because of our secure online shopping policy. You will need to
provide your full 16 digit credit card number and your web order
verification number in order to receive a refund.
Shipping Policy
We use UPS for shipping. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Any order recieved before 2pm CST will be shipped that day. Orders received after 2pm CST will be shipped on the next day. Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the item(s). All orders over $100 will be insured. Please note that a $3 handling charge will be added to each order's shipping cost.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase items through our online store, we will collect your name, physical address, phone number, e-mail
address and billing/shipping information, as well as credit card
information. This information enables us to deliver products that you
have ordered; fulfill your requests; contact you in the event of order or delivery difficulties; verify or
respond to your inquiries; and deliver services and information about
our products or site to you. If you make a purchase through our site,
the personal information you provide (for example, name, physical
address, and e-mail address) will be added to our customer database.
We will never share this information with any other entity or organization. Our customer database may be used to send future communications on behalf of the Alabama Fire College and/or AFC Bookstore to you unless you specifically unsubscribe. Note: Online
purchases require use of an e-mail address to process the order. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from communications, please let us know.
